Voke — سياسة الخصوصية

نشكرك على استخدام تطبيق Voke (اسم الحزمة: com.voke.app). توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل التطبيق مع بياناتك. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على ما ورد أدناه.

1) البيانات التي نجمعها

لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يتطلب تسجيل دخول أو حساب. لا نرسل أي بيانات إلى خوادمنا، ولا نمتلك خوادم تجمع معلوماتك.

  • التحميلات وسجل التصفح والإشارات المرجعية تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط.
  • لا نجمع الاسم أو البريد أو جهات الاتصال أو الموقع أو أي معرّفات شخصية.
  • لا نجمع سجلات (Logs) أو تقارير أعطال تُرسل خارج جهازك.

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. قد يجمع AdMob معرّفاً إعلانياً ومعلومات تقنية وفقاً لسياسة خصوصية Google، لتحسين الإعلانات. يمكنك مراجعة سياسة Google من هذا الرابط. يمكنك إعادة ضبط أو تعطيل معرّف الإعلان من إعدادات جهازك.

4) ملكية المحتوى

Voke أداة لإدارة وتنظيم التحميلات على جهازك فقط. لا يستضيف التطبيق ولا يوفّر ولا يبثّ ولا يملك أي محتوى أو ملفات أو روابط. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن التأكد من أن أي شيء تحمّله قانوني ولا ينتهك حقوق النشر أو شروط أي موقع.

5) حذف بياناتك

يمكنك حذف جميع بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: مسح سجل التصفح، حذف الإشارات المرجعية، وحذف التحميلات. حذف التطبيق يزيل البيانات المخزّنة محلياً.

6) خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.

7) تغييرات السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.

Voke — Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Voke (package name: com.voke.app). This policy explains how the app handles your data. By using the app you agree to the following.

1) Data We Collect

Voke does not collect any personal data and requires no login or account. We do not send data to our servers, and we do not operate servers that store your information.

  • Downloads, browsing history and bookmarks are stored locally on your device only.
  • We collect no name, email, contacts, location or personal identifiers.
  • We collect no logs or crash reports sent off your device.

2) Permissions & Why

  • Internet: to browse and download files.
  • Storage/Files: to save downloads to a folder you choose.
  • Notifications: to show download progress (optional).
  • Camera/Microphone: only when a site you visit in the built-in browser requests it, and after your consent.

3) Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and technical data under Google's privacy policy to serve ads. See Google's policy here. You can reset or opt out of the advertising identifier in your device settings.

4) Content Ownership

Voke only manages and organizes downloads on your own device. The app does not host, provide, stream or own any content, files or links. You alone are responsible for ensuring anything you download is legal and does not infringe copyrights or any website's terms.

5) Deleting Your Data

You can delete all your data at any time from inside the app: clear browsing history, remove bookmarks, and delete downloads. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data.

6) Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7) Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
